Amazing! Best shave I’ve I have ever had!!
BEST SHAVE ICE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! You must try this place. Lots of shave ice flavors and AMAZING Add-Ons. They also sell ice cream, boba drinks, smoothies, and have a great gift shop. I promise you will not be disappointed!
Delicious mix of shaved ice, ice cream and boba tea. I recommend the blended Thai tea boba tea

Just watched a video where the manager of the waikele location screamed at a veteran kupuna for wearing a hat. Used to support you folks. Never again. My entire ohana will be taking our business elsewhere.

We came here for a post beach ice cream snack. The ice cream flavors are pretty good and variety and had a bunch of local flavors. The staff was very nice and they also had a bunch of shave ice flavors as well. You can combine the two or keep them separate.They also have a nice little surf shop style apparel inside the store.

The BEST ice we had on the island! Recommended to us by a local, and it was bumping. Melt in your mouth shaved ice - no clumps, just so good!
