I ordered twice for pick up here. 1 combination pho and 1 brisket pho. 1 order from uber eats and 1 phone call. Anyway, for uber eats they forgot to give the brisket pho some noodles and the brisket. We had to share the combination pho’s noodles and meet.

The second order was a pickup and my combination pho only had brisket!! I always wanted all the beef balls and tripe and all the stuff. Im so disappointed.

Stopped for late lunch. I had the Butterfish Nitsuke (absolutely delicious) and my husband had the chicken teriyaki, which he said was great. Cute little out of the way eatery. Service was excellent. Exploring Oahu and loving it.

Great restaurant with awesome service. Eli was delightful, helpful and gave timely service. She had a great attitude. We are definitely pleased with our visit to this place and will return. Happy New Year's we are glad we celebrated tonight with our last meal of 2025 at Saito & Pho.
