Good black coffee, good ac, good spot to hang out and the staff are great. This place gets busy busy. So if you’re getting a speciality drink…you’re going to wait. Luckily for me I get a black coffee , I order and I’m out.

Never met a more friendly bunch of people! Came in around 820 tonight even though they close at 830 and they were still smiling and ready to help me and my family. Thank you Waianae Starbucks crew!
I walked into Waianae Mall Starbucks and I took a second look and had wonder if I literally walked into the right one, the upgrade was stunningly beautiful warmer cozier and much more friendlier, the furniture was new more comfortable a richer feeling of walking in and as always the staff was friendly helpful and very polite. Thanks Starbucks Waianae Mall your the best. Alohas always Mark K.

The Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The staff is absolutely amazing, with great customer service and a team that goes above and beyond. The manager with glasses and a beautiful woman with tattoos are always welcoming with a smile. The quality of the team, the service, an awesome overall atmosphere, and the food and drink are ALWAYS on point. However, they were very slow the day one reviewer visited; with only a handful of customers, they took at least 15 minutes. There is insufficient seating, especially in the waiting area where every pick-up, to-go, and on-line/mobile order customer is jammed into a corner. There is no handicap seating. Despite this, the team works really hard to provide consistency and attention to detail, like remembering light ice.
