Aisha was a horrible employee. No customer service present whatsoever. We tried to be nice and say hi but got no reply. Food also took forever for one burger and fries. I tried to match her energy but she didn’t like it. All in all she needs some training on customer service.

Customer service is at an all time low food sucks fries is soggy and burnt you never get what you order or even pay for. It’s not like the old place. I used to love to eat here as a kid now I know why there is never a line like the old days

The cashier working today (May 2, 2023) at 11:30 was just terrible. Horrible attitude, just surly. I tried to be nice and lighten the mood but she just didn’t care about anything. I hope the owners fix that because Waianae needs good non chain places. A cashier like her can lose you a lot of business.I also stopped by the other day and got a shake and a burger and the lady working at that time was just a gem, nice, friendly, and the perfect employee. Unfortunately, this latest experience soured my appetite and I will not be back.
