Great place for having a glass of wine or even a cocktail. Extensive wine and cocktail menu. Atmosphere was quiet and air conditioned which was much appreciated. Doors dont open till 3:00pm and I kind of wish they would be open alittle sooner. They also have a food menu which was to die for!! Service was also good but the food did take a long time to arrive. All in all, we realy like this place and will return.

Disappointed after reading the really good reviews. The older female waitress was not very friendly. There were only 2 other people in the restaurant so it wasn’t like she was busy. Calamari was a little stale and the chicken furikake was cold and not crispy. She explained the process of making it but l've had many versions and this was the worst. She told us that if we come back, we should ask for extra crispy.
Definitely won't be coming back.
Few positives: close to the Hilton Waikoloa hotel, sushi was decent.
Was hoping for a better last meal in the big island.

We had a tough time finding some place to eat upon arriving back to Waikola around 9pm one evening.

Thankfully we found the Aloha Wine Bar. Mark was outstanding. Truly a one man show. :)

Highly recommend their Dynamite Shrimps, Dynamite Scallop Sushi and the buffalo chicken wings.

We had planned to go back but sadly, we ran out of days.

Mark is very welcoming and attentive. We never sat with an empty glass. Great food and cocktails. The strawberry daiquiri is amazing! Great value. Only a short walk from the Waikoloa hotels. If we didn't stay in Scotland we would be there every weekend!

Value! We have been coming here for happy hour for years, but it’s been a little while and tonight we missed happy hour and had a date night. We ran into friends also on a date night - this place is a bit of a local secret. Their well alcohols are above average and they have some of the best deals around on cocktails - and BEER! Draft beer ranges from lager to Kua Bay and is pretty much two beers for the price of one. My husband always orders the shrimp dynamite, and tonight it was particularly giant, fresh and tasty. We also really enjoyed the scallop dynamite sushi. We are allowed to get food in the attached supermarket and bring it over and eat it in the wine bar. I’m gonna go ahead and highly recommend this restaurant for vegetarian options because whatever you want, if they don’t have it on the menu, you can just go get it at the store and eat it in the restaurant. Please don’t change, Aloha wine bar! We love you the way you are!

Really legit food considering they came from grocery store next door. Bartender was great. Drinks were good. Prices were good.

Mark made this bar super special. We loved the food and wine but his service made our trip from Australia even more worthwhile.

Nice hidden gem! Sabrina is super welcoming and delivered wonderful service. We sat at the bar and enjoyed their daily wine special. Daou cab- it was a steal! Several other guests were in the restaurant and seemed to be enjoying themselves. Looking forward to coming back!

Awesome cozy spot to grab a cocktail, beer, or glad of wine. Additionally, they have an extensive menu. They are also attached to an upscale grocery store and deli which is super convenient.

I love this place. The service and for taste/quality is awesome and what's even better is the price. My wife ordered the lilikoi cider for $6 and a locomoco. I took the prime rib and it was perfectly cooked at medium rare. All this for the price of only 1 spaghetti with meatballs at the Hilton, during happy hour. I am definitely coming back and recommend anyone looking for good food with amazing value to.

This is a really fun place. We came two days in a row! I had the Lava Flow Strawberry Pina Colada! Delicious!!! We had two appetizers each visit. The DYNAMITE SHRIMP is Dynamite!!!! Mark our server is super nice, friendly, he remembered our orders from the day before.

Great value good portions. Best Ribeye. Best Bartender Mark! Mark makes everything great. Everyone looks for him because of his professionalism and class. Only place in waikoloa with a true Happy hour.
