The girl acted like she was asleep or under the influence...She couldnt hear us....could not explain what they sold..I had to keep asking questions and I finally came to the conclusion that we would not eat there..I didnt know what she would do to our food behind the steel barrier..I wasnt going to take a chance...she just had an attutude..

We stopped into the Queens Marketplace the night we arrived. We decided to eat at Big Island Burritos. There was only one person working, but he took great care of all the customers he was serving.. Great customer service,

Sorry but worst burritos and nachos we've ever had. Absolutely no flavor. I had to slather hot sauce on it to get any kind of taste. Very disappointed, but should have known given the staff was just sitting idle by...no one else was eating.

My wife and I both got a large burrito. It was flavorful and had a lot of food! We will be back for sure!

The friendliest staff!!! Good food. Could use a little more seasoning. But overall, it was great!

The food was great and it was made to order, large portions of food. Price was okay. Had fish tacos and I loved them

My wife and stopped in for a quick bite at the end of a long day and we really enjoyed it. I had the quesadilla with pork carnitas with pineapple salsa and the wife had mahi tacos. Totally satisfied. Friendly staff too.

Worst burrito I've had in ages. No flavor to the meat. No idea how to spice Mexican food. No cups, no ice, poor selection of drinks. Someone should explain to them that soda is a huge percentage of restaurant profits. I'll be surprised if they're still in business in a year. Too bad.

These burritos are superior.

The restaurant was not the easiest to find. You just have to keep walking around and there it is. The food wasn't terrible but not the best for example The chips seemed to be stale. In contrast however ‘The Big Island Burrito' was quite good. It was also very large for its size. All in all, not a terrible restaurant.

I didn't eat here (had the hawaiian place) but my dad's burrito wasHUGE and delicious. Mom's quesadillas were tasty, too.

Not a fantastic experience, but not an awful experience either. The menu is easy to read and modern with a good variety of options. Service is a bit odd while prices are unsatisfactory for what you get. They were out of carne asada for the California Burrito, so I had ground beef. The burrito was mediocre and loaded with lettuce in place of other toppings. The fries inside were at least plentiful as the signature piece of a California burrito. Not what I was hoping for at $12, but at least it came with chips and I did not get sick!

No flavor. No pizzazz. Greasy. Employees couldn't care less.
