Dairy Queen Waikoloa queens market closes at 8pm. Not 9:15pm
The employee was so incredibly kind and she made our desserts quick and delicious. They were out of Julius but made up for it with their great service.

This is the second negative experience I've had here, so 0/2. First time, the employee took about 15 minutes to help one person and halfway through helping the second person taking just as long, I just walked away.
A year later, I figured I'd give them a try again. Unfortunately they were closed when we walked in @8pm, even though they're listed as closing at 9:15pm.
The person was ignoring anyone walking by as they just closed up.

Would have put zero if it was possible. When I ordered 2 Chocolate chip cookie dough, 1 oreo blizzard, and one fudge brownie, they got my order wrong when I claimed it. They turned it into 3 chocolate chip cookie dough and even then the ice creams had little to none toppings on it. It was just basically ice cream. The service was terrible, understaffed and there were no ice cream cakes on display. It seemed unappealing to eat here. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They also messed up 4 people's orders, based on my observation.
