Excellent spot. It tastes different from other Dominos on the island & mainland. And the pineapple they use is VERY different - as in it tastes real and fresh, like what you would cut up from the same day. The place is clean and well-kept. Prompt and friendly service. The inspiration for writing this review: the guys at the shop. Not only were they efficient, they were kind, helpful (suggested a coupon deal & provided alternative plates), and friendly. This is truly the worst dominos I have ever encountered. I’ve witnessed employees being treated as if they are scum of the earth and literally degraded in front of customers. Every order I’ve received from here was wrong or so undercooked it was basically raw then when I complained I was berated and told I was a liar. This store needs some serious change of management with how they treat their employees and customers. Do not give this store business

I love Dominos on the Big Island but not this Dominos. Used a local coupon for 3 items@$7.99 each.Italian sandwich- dry, dry,dry,unappealing Chicken carbonara- probably the best of the 3 items. Disguised in a pizza box but small none the less. Tasty and could actually see some bacon and mushrooms.Bacon topping on a flat...very flat pizza crust with very hard to see baconSorry to say, won't be buying from this Dominos location.Coupon items should not compromise quality.Maybe I will try the pizzeria 2 doors down from Dominos Waikoloa when they open up!

Pizza is good , just wonder why delivery is not available in the back of Waikoloa village past the School ? Yet it's delivered all the way to the resorts .
