All the food I've tried here has been very good and probably the best value for prepared food in Hawaii. The market is a little on the small side but has a good variety of products.

For a shopping market deli and price leader this place easily earns 5 stars. In comparison to the resort prices for the same thing this place is a bargain. It’s about the same as Conus prices. I found a wide selection of food choices. Don’t expect paper or plastic plates…you’ll be eating out of a paper take out box. A small eating area is available just outside the deli.
Parking: very easy to find spots

I like their wide variety of menu options and their bakery. However, the kimchi fried rice had overcooked meat and very little trace of kimchi. The tables were dirty, and the staff was rude.

Best convenience store in north West Island. It has good collection of souvenirs. It even has bakery items and sandwiches for last moment grabs or quick meals!

I came here and spent $55 on three meals to share with my three children. The food is ok. I saw two families outside using the small coffee cups at the soda fountain as water cups so I assumed I could do the same. I asked for a water cup for each of my three children and was told I needed to buy a full price fountain drink for each and that there was no water, which is illegal per Hawaii food and beverage laws. My son and daughter then went in separately and we're each quoted different, arbitrary prices for water cups. I also asked for an extra plate to split one of the meals with my 17 month old son and was told no sharing is allowed.

Unfortunately, my experience at Island Deli was quite disappointing. Despite ordering the garlic shrimp and kimchi fried rice, both dishes fell short. The garlic shrimp lacked flavor, while the kimchi fried rice was oddly salty and lacked any trace of kimchi. On top of that, the service provided by the cashier, Cristina, was unpleasant. When we asked for clarification, she responded rudely and seemed irritated. Overall, it was a lackluster dining experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Best malasadas I ever had! Purple are sweet potato ones and the mango ones. I had malasadas at Oahu and many other places, including most famous places with malasadas and these were by far the absolute best. Two years later, my kids still talk about it. We are heading to Oahu and Kauai from Boston now and I may fly here to just grab a few to bring home! ?

This $20 breakfast was far superior to the $100 one at the Hilton. Food temperature and quality was perfect! We will be coming here everyday from now on.
