Overall review of Lagoon Grill located at Hilton Waikoloa Village within the resort. Excellent atmosphere and location right next to the Dolphin Quest and Lagoon swimming area. Plenty of seating where you can eat at and be served dine-in style or you can order takeout at the bar. Ate here twice and service is amazing and quick! From ordering to eating was about 5 minutes and the amount of food did not matter. Food temperature was hot and everything seemed fresh. The waiting staff...
Great food but stay away from Dulce. She ignored us for 30 minutes and really rude when we said something. She went away and I saw her talking to her coworkers and shaking her head at us. We didn’t say any complaints until after the rude behavior. Don’t work with tourists if you don’t like them. The food is great though. The fresh spring rolls are amazing.
