This was one of the pricier options out there. I was traveling with family that had never been to hawaii and from our previous experience 12 years ago I thought this would be the most impressive. Unfortunately we found it quite disappointing. The show itself was very short and lackluster and included a "fashion show" on how to use a sarong. This Luau was the wrong experience for our family. We advance purchased the expensive (Ali'i) seating (nearly $700 total). Not sure if it was worth it. We did not enjoy the seating arrangement (tightly packed communal tables), the buffet of food (including the forced applause of the roasted pig that was paraded), or the excessively sweet drinks. Our family photos were rushed and expensive. The show was okay but somehow felt contrived and I felt this packaged entertainment...
There is no view of the ocean as some of the pictures are misleading. It is right by the huge parking lot so the radiating heat blows straight into the loua when the sun sets. You get a choice of 3 different drinks. For the price I expected a bit more. The performers were excellent
