Overall was a nice experience, recommend getting the upgraded seats. We right up front which was awesome til the fire show at the end when an adult walked up and stood upfront of my 2 young kids who then couldn’t see. Staff should police that alittle bit. Food was pretty good and alcohol was included which was nice but overall it was over priced, 1k for a family of 5 is a lot for 2 adults and 3 young kids. Also buy the tickets direct at the hotel and avoid all the extra fees...
The show was very nice and the food was okay. It was a little upsetting the way the they separate between premium and general. Online it just seems like priority seating but it is a lot more than that. Premium had drink service including water, appetizers and were given lei to differentiate from general. General had shell necklaces with warm water that has been sitting in the sun. The first hour was basically watching the premium eat until the show started. For spending that much...
The performers were talented and friendly, but we had to sit under the harsh sun for nearly an hour before the show began. The food was just okay. Unfortunately, the show itself didn’t quite meet my expectations. It felt overly staged and lacked the authentic Hawaiian spirit I was hoping for.
