I think it's hyped more than it's worth. Long lines and we expected much more and didn't like the ice we got. Kids also hardly finished their servings. It's just basic sno.

This place is located in a mall and we found the quality of the shave ice to be okay but not the best. The prices were also higher than other better places such as Get.

The shave ice was soft and absorbent of the flavors. The syrups were very good with strong flavors. A good price at $6.50. Rivals THE standard of Matsumoto's on Oahu as well as the now defunct Aoki's. Highly recommended.

Good shaved ice, but it takes way too long! If there were a few people in line, we would just leave. I guess that's why they post this sign in the store.

OMG, this place ruined every other shave ice I have for the rest of my life. Nothing else could ever compare. This was phenomenal well worth the wait and priced very fairly. We'll be back!

It's good. If you are in the area and want some shave ice. But I wouldn't go out of my way to get it. It's in a shopping area of King market. Their hours are very short, from 11:30a to 6:30p. The parking for the shopping plaza can get really crowded and you might have to wait for parking space during rush hours. Each of the shave ice is about $11.

It consists of shaved ice on top and gelato-like ice cream on the bottom. You can customize it, but there are so many that I ordered Kona coffee from the recommended set. It's delicious. It's a lot to eat alone. There is no place to eat in the store so you have to go out to eat.

I ordered a Pineapple Cream and when I tried it, it was most definitely Banana Cream. When I went back in with the whole thing the 2 employees told me that they were sure it was the Pineapple flavor they made, and I was told I could either eat it or just throw it away if I didn't like it. I was sure it wasn't pineapple because someone else in our party had one that was pineapple and it tasted completely different. Very poor customer service and management by the girls working here tonight. They didn't even offer to remake it for me until after the 3rd person came up from the back and after the first 2 employees told me no, but by then I didn't want the replacement or a refund. Employee training is severely needed here. We've eaten here multiple times over the years, but this experience has made me decide to eat shave ice at another establishment.
