Got the Neolani and it was amazing!

18 June 2025. Slowest lady serving at the counter, behind a plexiglass taking her sweet time with a long queue. She is the only person serving, while you stand like cattle in the shop with no airconditioning shoulder to shoulder with people. Also witnessed the server hand over an icecream and it fell on the ground. They refused to make the customer another one. They are absolute cheapskates and don't deserve your money.

We left the line, not worth it. $11 milkshakes what a ripoff. Just like their merchandise - who even buys that stuff?

Best shaved ice we've had on the Big Island.

We shared a Halo Halo ($11). There was only a little bit of shaved ice at the bottom — most of it was ice cream, whipped cream, and boba toppings — so it felt a bit heavier than we expected.🍨 Next time, we’d like to try the build-your-own shaved ice instead. Everything looked delicious, so we’re excited to try more options!

The shaved ice is delicious and big enough to share.

We have Matsumotos, Waiolas, and Island Snow on Oahu. This shave ice stand beats them all hands down on flavor saturation and creative combinations. A must for anyone on this side of the island.

Authentic, melt in your mouth, shave ice! Lots of options for the whole group, including premade combos like halo halo or make your own with real fruit syrups, which are my favorite.

Pro tip: Get ice cream at the bottom of your shave ice and if you love mochi you’ll appreciate how soft, chewy theirs is—I just wish they added more pieces. I’ve contemplated buying a side order of just the mochi for my daughter, who always devours them all.

A place I loved going to so much until we dropped one of our shave ice and asked if it could be remade (due to such a flimsy container) it was in (definitely not the same ones they used to use) and they said no but we could purchase another one. Loved coming here with my kids often but that was insane customer service 👎🏼

I think it's hyped more than it's worth. Long lines and we expected much more and didn't like the ice we got. Kids also hardly finished their servings. It's just basic sno.

This place is located in a mall and we found the quality of the shave ice to be okay but not the best. The prices were also higher than other better places such as Get.

The shave ice was soft and absorbent of the flavors. The syrups were very good with strong flavors. A good price at $6.50. Rivals THE standard of Matsumoto's on Oahu as well as the now defunct Aoki's. Highly recommended.
