Paradise Pizza & Grill

Don’t be surprised when you find out that Paradise Pizza & Grill is in the Food Court at Queen’s Market Place. Sometimes you need a place to eat without all the formality of servers, etc. There’s a surprisingly good selection of food choices besides pizza including local favorites. I went traditional with just a deluxe burger and fries and my wife had coconut shrimp w/fries. The fries were hot and we both agreed they were very tasty. She said her shrimp was really quite good and enjoyed her meal completely. My burger was just right and I loved the Hawaiian BBQ they throw in on the side. This was one of the more relaxing meals we’ve had here during our stay and for the price and lack of fanfare it was really quite good.

Customized the margherita pizza for my son. The pizza looked a little stale but tasted alright and was one of the few places taking orders at 9:30 at night so we went for it. The place has some burgers, pizzas and sandwiches on their menu and you could pick up soda to go with your food. It's like your regular food court place.

We visited Paradise Pizza and Grill this afternoon & it was one of the worst restaurant experiences we have ever had. The girl couldn’t get off her phone long enough to even take our order, & would continually hide behind the door of the kitchen to play a game on her phone (with the sound on full blast, mind you). We will never be coming back again.

Food quality was low, waited forever for my burger. The staff is not friendly at all.. Everyone in Hawaii is friendly. Honestly everyone. This place was full of wierd vibes.

Best pizza in the area. Not sure why there are so many bad ratings, but I'll wager these are not local kine talking trash like that.

Called to place a order for pick up just a order of wings but was told they were closed even though on their website it says they close at 9:30 and it is currently 9:10

The beef tacos were good, but they stopped selling them so haven't found anything else there.

I Got A Swiss & Mushroom Burger & First Of All It Was Tasteless & The Lettuce Was Stale. Next Day I was Puking & Diarrheaing My Guts Out. They Gave Me Food Poising! DONT EAT HERE.

Terrible, rude service. On Sunday, Feb 17 at 4pm the girl behind the counter rudely waited on a couple there ahead of us. She proceeded to ignore us, check out the register, went in the back, came out with her purse, threw a tray on the counter and yelled 94 and never did acknowledge us and left. No one ever came out . from the back. And another young lady showed 10 minutes later. She would not let us speak to the manager or share the name. Both should be fired! What an embarrassment to your establishment

Pizza is good but you pay more, as everyone charges more on the Big Island.
