I had the keiki size #4 and it was incredible! The owner was friendly and welcoming. It was an easy 15 minute drive up from my hotel in the Waikoloa area. Definitely recommend stopping by!

Was our first time trying it! Was delicious sweet treats. Tried their Snickers, banana bread smoothie and root beer float! All were yummy!! There was only one worker on shift but he was awesome with a great personality!

Newer development close to where we were staying. This ended up being a great choice of ice cream. Everyone enjoyed their picks!
Excellent service, friendly staff, and a wide variety of flavors. The store is extremely clean and very well-maintained with seating available on the inside. Their ube offerings are amazing and if you need an afternoon pick me up, get the affogato!
Parking: Plenty of free parking.
Kid-friendliness: Multiple sizes for customers of all ages.
Wheelchair accessibility: This store has a wheelchair accessible entrance that is flush with the sidewalk requiring no ramps. The ordering counter and interior tables are also wheelchair accessible. The door must be manually opened.

Our family is visiting Big Island and by luck found Pudgee Panda one evening, and we just had to visit them again before leaving. Everything we tried were amazing, especially the ube soft serve (#4!). The staff on both visits were so kind and friendly! The space is also well-decorated and made it a fun place to be. Pudgee Panda is a must-visit!

Do yourself a favor if you are in Kona make the drive to Pudgee Panda. The ice cream is so good. You can try all of the flavors if you want. The service was impeccable!! We got the Stawberry Pebble Mountain and Coffee flavored one. Such a cute place and theme!!!

Amazing products, welcoming staff, they were so friendly and offered generous samples to make sure we had what we wanted! We enjoyed our treats and visit a lot.Update: they assured us everything was dairy free (unless you added condensed milk which was an option). It seemed, based on a reaction a family member had, that that was incorrect - perhaps they meant lactose free?? Definitely skeptical but would love clarity on this.
