It's so bad... in itself
I ordered pasta.. It was my first time eating such bad pasta.. There is a reason why the Google rating is low.

Went here twice, once at Thanksgiving and another the day after.
The cook doesn’t know how to cook steaks. And the asparagus served with the steak is old
The steak knives are also dull

I would not recommend this place.

Brutal not ready for the booking that was made in advance and then no effort at all from the server. Asked for clarification on ordering something with an allergy question. Lied and then had a meal that caused an allergic response. Extremely disappointed

If you don't know italian food then it's easy to put 3 stars or more but.... I ordered chicken marsala and they have no clue how to make, anybody can Google, I made chicken marsala hundreds of times and this was not good, I ordered pizza and for italian kitchen to not know how to make pizza that it's shame, please people don't waste your money

My wife had the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. I had the spaghetti and meatballs with red sauce. Both were delicious. She had a glass of wine and I had a sangria.

But I said enough, unless I tell you about the bread and the dipping sauce, which was olive oil and vinaigrette… Bring your appetite. I have included before and after pictures.

The food is consistently great in taste, temperature and presentation. Tony was a very tentative server and was friendly and professional. We always enjoy eating here during our stay on the big island.

Delicious food as ever! One of my favorites is the butternut squash tortellini. And the bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mmmm…I have such good memories of it I want to go back.

Made a reservation using google for Sunday night. Probably our 4th visit over the years to this restaurant and had an OK experience. The restaurant itself is clean and our food was good. Appears they are having a bit of a staffing shortage which delayed our drinks and food, so don't be in a hurry. Friendly staff all the way around though.

There was a lot of waiting involved for an empty restaurant.

Our waitress was pretty awesome, but overall the atmosphere, the food itself, it was all sort of lacking.

Food wasn't bad but ho da prices. At least give us cloth napkins sheesh! 30+ dolla average plate price. Definitely one tourist trap. Check out da company comments, they offering money to those who leave a good review, smdh.

While the service was fast and efficient, the lack of air conditioning and the quality of the meals doesn’t inspire confidence to return to this restaurant. Hopefully the repairs and recipes can catch up to the high level of service before long.

Kid-friendliness: Server and bartender were on the ball, were sweet and friendly to our kids
