It is closed. Unfortunately doesn't look like they are open any longer. We tried 2 times, and sign just says closed and the building looks out of business

We called for reservations and they said we were on the list and when we showed up they were closed. Could've been a staffing issue so don't want to fully write a negative review but was a bummer since we had to find a different place to eat that night.

If I could give Macaroni Grill zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I was forced to give them one just to leave this review. The food was completely undercooked, the service was rude and inattentive, and to make matters worse, we were forced to pay cash and rushed out simply because they were close to closing. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

I will never come here again, and I hope anyone reading this takes my experience seriously.

Overall terrible experience, long wait for food even though there was a low volume of tables. Orders came out wrong. We didn't eat due to the long wait. We knew the server was new but I think they were the only one working, which made no sense for a busy weekend night. Called to make a reservation and should have know when we showed up and there were maybe 4 tables and we still had to wait that there were going to be multiple issues

This place is scary. There are literally leaves all over the floor. No AC. Cash only. It feels abandoned. I did not feel safe eating there and left.

Staff if very unpleasant almost as if the customers are bothering them. Very slow service even though we were one of three other customers in entire restaurant. No access to alcohol drinks waitress said because there under new management🤷. Been here for 30 min still no sign of our meal yet. 👎👎

What we received the food was good. We were suppose to receive salads and bread with our entree. Ask waiter several times said we were not suppose to get salads. Party of 7 dropped 250 dollars and going away hungry. I am sorry that this restaurant seemed to be struggling today but should have offered to discount meals etc. Called manger not real concern tonight this was at the one at Queens Market.

It's sad to write such a bad review knowing Romano's reputation. My experience here was so awful, I can't even call it bad. There was nothing exemplary about our experience, and nothing was done that helped the case for Macaronis implied quality. Too many specifics to mention. Don't be foolish. Spend your money at Lava Lava.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. There was no air in the restaurant so it was very hot. We got sat at a table with no silverware or anything in it. The host that set us grabbed a towel and wiped it off really quick. A girl came and took our order and then disappeared. Our food was brought a while later and we had to ask for silverware. She left and brought us back 2 forks and some napkins. The meal I ordered was Chicken Fettuccine. The chicken tasted bad immediately. We waited and waited for someone to come so we could ask for something else, but no one ever came. When my husband finally finished his meal I got up and went to find our waitress. I told her I was unable to eat my meal because it had bad chicken, but no one ever came to help us. We asked for refills that never came, and salt and pepper that never came. She then informed us that she wasn’t even a server, she was the manager….. Um, that makes it so much worse in my opinion.
She brought our bill, with my meal taken off after I told her I was not paying for it, and we left with obviously no tip. Do not recommend!

It was very hot in there. Maybe the air conditioning wasn't working. There were very few people in there. It didn't even look like they were open, but they took all day with our food. It was not the waitress because she was new. So she wasn't even happen. Ing they bought it to me and the flavor wasn't that good. They could use some work on a lot of things n a lot of Areas

What happened to this place? It used to be so good.

We visited tonight and there was no AC, many menu items unavailable, multiple order issues, and no refills on water. Truly the worst restaurant experience ever. Don’t make the same mistake we did- go elsewhere!!
