Online ordering wasn’t available, but we walked over and ordered at the counter. Pizza only took about 10 minutes and was fantastic!! Nice wood fired crust- we tried the bbq chicken, Hawaiian and a margarita. Would definitely order again!

Placed an order online. Walked there from resort and was told pizza was not going to be ready 30 minutes later than was promised online. The big Island has not recovered from Covid or else just poor tourist management. Last trip here.

Worst pizza I have ever had. If it wasn't for tourists who don't know better they would be out of business. Soggy , greasy mess !!!

Very good pizza from a walkup counter in a food court. The pizza really is very good - not just "good for a foot court". You just need to know you're not going to a full service restaurant. It's fine - food courts are part of island life more than you may be accustom to back home. Would definitely go back.

This place has great 10-inch pizzas you can customize what you want the prices are what you expect for Hawaii and the pizza was absolutely hot and delicious it is a take out to go place so one should not expect the same thing as a sit-down place. It is really good pizza

Pizza was good, nothing to write home about, but fine. Service was pretty non-existent.

It was self-serve, and the pizza, unfortunately, came out very sloppy and messy. I do not like to leave bad reviews but I wouldn't want to eat here again.

I recently had the pleasure of taking out pizza from Waikoloa Pizza, and I must say, their pizza is nothing short of exceptional. The crust strikes the perfect balance between crispness and chewiness, providing a delightful foundation for the toppings. Each pizza is generously adorned with fresh, high-quality ingredients that burst with flavor in every bite. The harmonious blend of savory sauces and melted cheeses creates a symphony of taste that’s both comforting and exciting. The ingredients were amazing both in quality and choice. You would never expect a food court pizza to rival that of the best pizzas I’ve had! It’s a perfect balance between Neapolitan and American style!

Ben, the guy that works the counter, was great in explaining why the pizza are so small and come in one size. He was apologetic about my surprise and expectations for a traditional sized large pizza. Super small pizza here, only one size. Thought we ordered two large for my family of 4. My husband ordered and so I picked up. He didn't pay attention to the sizing when he ordered. Village Pizza closed down so I guess it's Dominos Pizza for us next time. I saw them passing by to deliver from the village when I left Queens. We own a condo in WBR so I was disappointed with this order. Not coming back.
