My wife and I are visiting Maui and met Michael on a dinner cruise. He told us to come into Matteo’s and we eagerly booked. To say we were blown away was an understatement. Not only was the food incredible (we ordered the lasagna and one of their specialty pastas), but the service was unmatched. Michael is personable, enthusiastic, helpful, and thoughtful. We couldn’t recommend this place more!
My family and I were so fortunate to find this fantastic restaurant and to be lucky enough to have Kiana, our waitress, take extra special care of us! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the wine and their menu and was kind enough to share with us some of the areas important sights to see. She is truly an asset to this restaurant and to this community!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a cozy, upscale vibe that still feels relaxed. I ordered the lasagna and was completely blown away, easily one of the best I’ve ever had.
