We went here Thursday for a birthday dinner and were not disappointed. We loved our server, Beau. He had great suggestions and was very attentive. The food and drinks were great. We liked it so much we are going to go back on Saturday for happy hour!

Food was great. Ordered farm salad, curried cauliflower, fish dip with crackers, tuna avocado toast and bone-in pork chop. All were excellent. I would order same again! Service by staff was excellent and very attentive.

We enjoyed a delightful Valentine's Day dinner at Aurumlast evening. Delightful and inventive cocktails! The food was exceptional! Rack of lamb with wonderful mushroom croquettes! A beautiful beet salad and pumpkin soup garnished with pepitos and watercress. Our server Shelby was attentive and wonderful-- explained the menu specials and made sure we had fresh beverages and utensils when the entrees were served! We will go back! It's great to see a newer restaurant in Maui with a creative menu and an excellent chef!

We ordered surf and turf and the lobster came out burned and overcooked and the server didn't care to do anything about it. Was not the valentines dinner experience we were hoping for. Won't be coming back and won't recommend to my friends. Disappointing

Food was sensational! Fish collar? Amazing. So fresh, so perfectly prepared. Lobster toast was incredibly good and the farm salad was so good I think I'll be dreaming about it until my next visit. The hanger steak was beautifully prepared and every vegetable, lettuce and herb tasted like it was picked from the garden of Eden! Our server, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The entire staff worked together seamlessly to make us feel valued and helped us to understand the Aurum farm to table concept. So glad we tried this wonderful addition to the Maui food scene!

We booked Aurum for Christmas Eve dinner with our adult children. From the moment we stepped in the service was warm and genuine. Our server provided great descriptions and recommendations as needed, and we were extremely happy with our meals. We had a number of starters including the kampachi carpaccio, gnocchi, and okonomiyake. Despite the diversity of choices they were all delicious and flowed together nicely. Our cocktails were splendid, well balanced and complimentary to the food. I chose the Christmas in Osaka, a gin and sake based drink which I loved. We selected the catch of the day entree, the surf and turf and the flatiron steak. Everything was perfectly prepared including the accompaniments. We live on Maui and Aurum is our go-to for special occasions as well as quicker meals at the bar
We went to Happy Hour and we ordered all the happy hour food which is great! Server was very nice! We will go back to try dinner because dinner menu is great!

Food & ambience, service was excellent. The 3% additive “tip” fostered a 17% vs 20%tip from us. Advising that you need the money to insure your associates get funds to offset cost of living is BS and overly liberal. These same associates just got a “no tax” on tips from govt. my take: Aurum is owned by liberals who believe in taxing anything that moves, including food. May return but will never pay extra 3%!
