Incredible food and the views are amazing. My wife and I came here on our honeymoon, and have been craving this pizza ever since. It did not disappoint ?

The chicken piccata was very salty. We ordered two of those and they were both so salty. My grandson and daughter could not eat them. Also the sun reflection off the ocean is very uncomfortable. Maybe you can put some shades screens up so you can roll them up or down during a certain times a day Waitress was amazing. She did take the chicken piccata off the bill and everyone was very nice.
You cannot beat the service or the stunning sunset views. Our food ranged from unimpressive to awful (overstated and cold maintenance courses). You would expect much higher quality for the price point.
Lori our server was so nice and friendly. Had the blue Hawaiian not as good as the one at the pool. No coconut foam on top bolognese was very spicy. Fresh catch much better this time as I asked for the puttanesca on the side. Squash blossoms excellent. Overall good but overpriced.
Very nice venue and meal. Service could have been a bit more attentive, but still very adequate. The two of us were not that hungry and got the Chilled Prawns appetizers -- very lovely with four big Prawns to share between us. Then we got the wood-fired sausage fennel pizza. One of the best pizzas I've had and I'm an Italian from NY, so that's saying something. We had one drink, an exceptional "italian-style" Mai Tai. All told those three items (plus an iced tea) set us back just over $100 including tip -- so not cheap. But the beautiful venue and great food on our last night in Maui was worth it. Mahalo
The food was terrible and over priced. The wagu steak had no char and was over cooked, the pasta bolognese reminded me of hamburger helper (it lacked any tomato component), the ricotta cheese reminded me of Pollio (which is okay but not at these prices), the pizza was doughy, etc. If you are not used to fine dining you will love this place and its food . I only left this review for people like me who will see the great reviews for this place and are vastly disappointed when going.
We had amazing food, Kona shrimp that were the size of baby lobster, and a lobster pizza. I know, I never would have thought of lobster on a pizza but it was amazing, mostly claw meat which has the most delicious sweet flavor. Serve was impeccable! Thank you Christina for your excellent service and personality! We hope to return.
We had a beautiful experience at Olivine. The spaghetti pasta the best we had, the view beautiful and people very friendly. Would recommend. Casual attire or dressy however you are comfortable for any occasion. Ours was our anniversary and so glad we went.
Fried squash blossoms are to die for! Fennel sausage Humboldt fog pizza with fennel dust delicious!!!our server Genevieve was attentive and kind. Worth the money for a fabulous dinner!
Part of the Grand Wailea hotel, largest in Maui. Not easy to find if accessing from front foyer, easier access from beach as it sits close to the waterfront. Very quiet, service was good and humorous. Like most places in Maui..super over priced. Pasta dishes & pizza options at high prices. Looked like it had a bar scene if you just want to drink in a nice location. Needs to think more strategically when so many other dining options in the area, challenging for a reduced clientele during slower seasons.

It was our 30th wedding anniversary dinner It was noted on the reservation, also noted was would like a corner/private table When arrived, we ask for a table not directly in the sun. We were seated directly in the sun I ask to be moved to a table out of the sun and was then accommodated. No one ever said happy anniversary! Food was ok, overpriced for sure, not at all what we expected for our special dinner! Service was also just ok. Seems like they want to charge high end prices but don't know how to deliver it. We paid and left. Would not recommend or return.
We had the meatballs and burrata. The meatballs had a little too much fennel in them, but the sauce and bread were delicious. Our server, Lori was amazing! She was very sweet and fast! She made the experience a 5 for us!
Average food at a big price. Service not what you would expect from such an expensive restaurant. TV's on at the bar during dinner is a real turnoff. Waitress never asked us if we wanted to order drinks, we had to ask. All in all disappointed and I doubt we will return in the future.
Thank you Olivine for making our wedding anniversary deliciously special. The food, the view and the service were all outstanding. We also enjoyed a couple wonderful cocktails. Our time there was a slice of paradise.
Food was amazing! Service was slow for how little people were dining, but I definitely would recommend this restaurant for anyone craving a little Italian food while in Maui. Views were beautiful and my Huband and I both ordered pasta dishes which were very flavorful, nice sized portions and good quality ingredients!
