There is a young kid, glasses and dark hair with a server attitude issue. He first yelled at a coworker in front of all the customers, simply for passing a sanitizing wipe to a customer, after being requested to do so. Then after a 15 minute wait for my order, I asked if they forgot or passed to another by mistake. The young kid then attempted to use the counter as his safe guard to yell at me. Which did not work out well for the young kid. Teach your employees that they are employees.

Friendly staff and nice that the Marriott allows our breakfast to be from here as an option. I did this two times and ordered a Cappuccino. Tasted like mud water both times. Maybe the staff aren’t trained in making these types of coffees, since most people order the syrupy drinks. I gave up and walked up to the Island Coffee shop each morning.

I mean - it’s Starbucks. I stopped by after a morning walk. It wasn’t too busy, the barista was attentive and the drinks were out quickly. I got a matcha latte with almond milk and sugar feee vanilla and it was perfect.

I went here with my daughter to get a snack and drink, she was paying.The caisher lady asked my daughter to sign a paper, she did and it went well.Later when we were leaving the caisher lady got the paper and started to talk and laugh about my daughters signature. I think that is was very rude, and i would not like to go to a store like this again.

Google asked me for this review of Starbucks and I’m guessing Starbucks in general. So generally Starbucks is good, my preference for coffee in the am. Always clean, fast and consistent. So my review is 5 stars for Starbucks.
