Had fresh spring rolls and the oxtail lemongrass soup with a Vietnamese iced coffee. Wow, the oxtail soup was unlike anything I’ve ever had, and it was delicious. Normally a pho tai kinda guy and I’m glad I branched out, 10/10 would recommend.
We have been going for 20 years to this restaurant when ever we are in Maui (4 times) its tucked away in a residential area. The food is always great, we have never been disappointed.
This restaurant is one of my favorites to eat at. It IS a bit pricey, but the service is excellent and the food is plentiful and top-notch. I personally recommend the calamari appetizer. It's huge (and that's coming from a guy who can eat a whole Costco pizza by himself). I definitely recommend this place to everyone! Also, if you plan on trying their iced coffee, do be prepared not to sleep for a while. Thank you to the Saigon staff for an overall awesome experience!
