Honestly, the entire team at Cutting Edge Catering was amazing! As wine professionals from a region known for world-class hospitality and fine dining, we had high expectations—and Cutting Edge exceeded every one of them.

Numerous guests commented on how delicious the food was, from the passed apps to the beautifully executed mains. Jessica and Chef Brian were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so responsive and willing to work with us on the exact meals we wanted. Jessica made the whole process so easy with speedy email communication and Chef Brian was extremely accommodating with our Indian Fusion asks!

One of the best decisions we made was to have Chef Brian and his team cater our wedding! Quite frankly, up until my wedding I thought I have already had one of the best meals of my life but, man, Chef Brian's food was heavenly! I'm drooling just thinking of the food he served up. It is visually pleasing and as soon as it hits your tastes buds, it takes you on this impeccable tasty journey - where your eyes roll back and it is lip-smacking gooood. Our wedding food continues to be a topic of discussion amongst our family and friends. So much so that another family member of ours is getting married soon (here in TX) has requested to have something similar (we know it will be unmatched!).Wedding TIP: You will want to devour every last bite so carve out time to remain seated (probably shackled) and enjoy!Chef Brian, this was long overdue, and we cannot thank y'all enough for the delicious food and the memories it created! Thanks to our wedding planners (Darren Keala, Maria St. John), we chose Cutting Edge catering for our wedding and could not be happier with the turnout! The appetizers were delicious, buffet dinner spectacular, bar staff amazing and overall service incredible! Our wedding day was beyond perfect, and in large part to Cutting Edge catering. I was blown away with the quality of food, it was not only beautifully presented, it was the best wedding food myself and my guests have ever had. Chef Brian and his team made our wedding day unforgettable.From our first meeting we knew that he was the perfect person to cater our event. Brian asked a lot of questions up front to help us design a menu.Everything was perfectly done and delicious. The sous vide beef tenderloin and passionfruit cake were outstanding!Thank you Chef Brian and team!

We truly cannot thank Cutting Edge Catering enough for the amazing experience they provided for both us and our guests on our wedding day. From the time we met Chef Brian at our food tasting, through our many communications, and throughout the entirety of our wedding day we could not help but take notice of the absolute first-class service provided by Cutting Edge Catering. There was just no detail they missed.(We had seen a review prior to deciding on any vendors mentioning how even the food tasting with Cutting Edge Catering was spectacular, and we must agree, the private food tasting truly is an experience in and of itself. We have half a mind to get married again for fun, just so we might relive the experience.)Chef Brian took all our (many) requests to heart, and truly went out of his way to help produce the wedding dinner service we had dreamed of. (He even provided one of his own staff when we could not find a butler last minute to greet our guests as they arrived at our venue, which he knew had long been a wish of my wife for her wedding day.) Every morsel of food from our appetizers through our main course was utterly delicious. From the artistic presentation to the incredible array of tastes, our guests to this day still rave about the food they had at our wedding almost 11 months ago. (Truly, my wife and I now often find ourselves attempting to plate the meals from our own kitchen as if to imitate Chef Brian’s artistry, albeit somewhat less successfully.)Chef Brian came highly recommended to us before our wedding, and it would be a disservice for us not to pass along such a high recommendation.
