This place has some really good eats. The price was comparable to the portion size. Also, the lady who took our order was nice.

What an absolute gem of a hole-in-the-wall to find! So many different reasons to enjoy your time here. Has a great, laid-back vibe to come and relax with a drink. Plan ahead because they also have nights with live music - perfect for a date night or a night out with friends. Great for dancing and enjoying good music. Delicious food - loved the Mochiko chicken. Order comes with enough chicken to share between two if you wanted. They have a full bar as well as great signature cocktails. Both Da Guava Mule and the Guava Sunset were strong but still had that good guava flavor. All the staff here were so wonderful - efficient, kind, and fun to talk to. Guava Tree also serves food a little later, so that was nice when we were looking for a place to eat. Great stop if you're looking for good food and drinks. Plan it when they have live music, and you'll have a fantastic night out.

I will change my review once I get to eat here. Arrived at 4:00 p.m. on a Monday and they were closed. Also Google has the wrong location, it's farther down the building then is indicated.

Stopped here day we landed on Maui because it was open late and had good reviews. First things first, it's in the same parking lot as the gas station, it's a little sign and you might miss it is you're not paying attention. Second thing, they have a full bar so they have something for everyone. The vibe is laidback and chill. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and they were all super friendly. We ordered the mochiko chicken and fried rice to go. It was ala carte so that worked out perfectly. The food was ono and we were not let down with this place! Definitely will be back for drinks soon!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this chill spot in Hawaii, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The food was absolutely delicious and offered great value compared to nearby restaurants. As a bonus, the restaurant was full of local people, which added to the authentic atmosphere. But the real highlight of the evening was the live Hawaiian band that played traditional music daily. The music added a beautiful, cultural touch to the dining experience and really made the evening special. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Hawaii who wants to experience delicious, local cuisine and be treated to some authentic Hawaiian music.

Guava tree! Best grinds, ono guava drinks and custom shots. Always have live music, and it's really good music! David with the dreads and Gomega is my favorite musicians. They are both terrific talented solo musicians. Esa (spelling) is favorite bartender. The guy with pony tail darn I couldn't hear his name is a good waiter. Everything on their menu is delicious. Cold AC, bring jacket. A little clicky with groups, not a bad you want to go to alone because you will drink alone, no one will join you lol. But it's a nice bar to take visiting family to because music, drinks, and food is great. Nice local joint to have your family remember as a ho-to place when they visit Maui

Not much to say on this, it has changed a lot since watercress and was my to go place for ox tail soup but that recipie changed drastically as well and is no longer good to me, tasted more like teriyaki yoshida sauce soup.
