My favorite Thai food on island. The owners Sai and Mike are always friendly and give excellent customer service. My kids and I love their pad thai, and their dad loves the pork belly basil. The panang curry with tofu is my favorite, but also love the pad kra pow and eggplant basil. I love that they give a generous potion of veggies. The Thai ice tea and mango sticky rice are ono, too!

I would put 4.2 starts, but didn’t have the option. Not the best Thai food truck on islands, but pretty good. I ordered papaya salad and drunken noodles, portions were big and fresh, but noddles were little be too dry, and need much more sauce.

I'll be perfectly honest, as a former brick and mortar restaurant owner, food trucks are a bit sketchy to me. However, This place does things right. All the way down to the napkin wrapped fork. My wife and I had their chicken Pad Thai and it was a "10" ! A really healthy portion of delicious food for a very reasonable price. The food was steaming hot and garnishing like you'd find in sit down joint.Thai is one of our favorite cuisines and this is our new favorite place to get it! Mahalo Nui Loa!If Thai food is your thing, you'd be doing yourself a great injustice by not giving HI Thai a try.

I've never had a bad dish here. I've ordered almost everything in the menu and have been completely satisfied each time. Today's order was a papaya salad (Thai hot of course) with tofu. Easily one of my go to's when I'm feeling a little....fat lol. Very generous portions. Dressing is a little sweet, a sour, little tangy, a little salty and very spicy. I appreciate how they will put the hot tofu in a separate container to keep the veggies cold and crisp.Definitely going back for more!
