My rating is mostly based on the premise of Labor Shortage and because of that alone, the wait time has increased 2-3 times longer than before Covid struck. If not for this one issue, my rating would have been higher.Still got to hand it to the crew. They make it work with what they got!

Jack N The Box on Maui is definitely not hiring enough workers after the pandemic. Long wait times and short staffed. I feel bad for the workers. The company should do better than cost cutting.

I came in last week was trying to get in the bathroom and I have a broken ankle so I'm on crutches the floor in front of the bathrooms was wet no wet floor sign nothing I had slipped and fell I tried calling out for help but no came
