This place is, so run down and ghetto. All the damn money you folks make and you can't even fix your order screen. You have to drive up through the window to order. And then your guys prices is outrageous. With all that money, I think you should fix shit up. You guys deserve no stars. I waited a whole hour just to order food. Please avoid this please people don't even waste your time waiting in this damn drive-through. Y'all should change your name to CRACK IN THE BOX!!
I'd give them a 5 but they kept the dining room closed past 10am. The sign on the door says it's open from 6am to 10pm. I understand being understaffed but at least put up a note saying that the dining room will be closed so people don't wait around for nothing.I edited my score from 1 to 4. The owner reaching out to me was appreciated. Again, I understand being understaffed and even support closing down dining rooms if needed as long as a note is posted. These are strange times we live in and we will all need to adapt.

Typical Jack in the Box food. So that's not a problem. The major issue is that they still, after 3.5 years of Covid, have the dining room locked and cannot order at the counter. A customer must use the drive thru. Come on Jack. It's a pain when I work in walking distance that if I want jack in a box, I have jump in the damn car. What a joke!
