Excellent food! Everything from this food truck is insane! So good. I’ve had their bulgogi, which is amazing. Bulgogi from other places is sometimes overly salty and lacks umami, but k-bap’s one is so perfectly umami and balanced! The same goes for their jajangmyeon noodles. I’ve also had their honey garlic wings, which are drool-worthy delicious. Worth every penny. Sides like their japchae are perfectly seasoned and cooked too. One of the, if not the best, Korean restaurants/trucks on Maui!

There is plenty excellent food on Maui, but when you discover place like K-Bap where the owners are the operators - the enjoyment hits on another level. The chefs put care and love into their preparations to not only satisfy, but to nourish. You can grab a bite anywhere, when you come here, you get fed! Highly recommend traveling from anywhere on the island to dine here - even if it's the only thing you do in beautiful Wailuku, it totally worth the trip!
