This McD's is the area's OG. That said, it has a very narrow drive thru that backs up into the parking lot that will 99% of the time block you in if you're dining in or picking up inside.

One of the slowest drive thrus on Island. Two lanes, but only one is ever open, two windows but one is always shut. If I have to wait ten mins for a burger from the drive through, why shouldn't I just go to uptown?.

Went there on a Wednesday morning. Had sufficient parking. This was a really bad experience. My family and i come from oahu. My sister and i went to mcdonalds because we needed to use the restroom and we know we can always depend on mcdonalds. However we were turned away because we didn't want to purchase anything. We understand the reason but we didn't look like vagrants that would not be respectful of the property. However, we did purchase a drink. We then got escorted to the restroom by an assumed manager and got treated like we are not allowed to know the combination to enter. OBVIOUSLY NO HOSPITALITY AND FRIENDLINESS. We're still going to be in Maui for a few more days.... but i will be looking for another mcdonalds to go to.

You guys don’t know how to clean your guys table, I found hair in my cheeseburger, my fries was too salty, your guys sprite taste like water, your Powerade is too watery, you guys just gotta quit already

went 3x and had 3 problems.. first ordered 2 McMuffins med tea with milk and lemon..got lemon milk no tea, 2nd time i ordered same and dine in.. the gave it to go and got no lemon . 3rd time same order eat in and got it to go with no milk.. however the real strang part was milk did not mix in with the tea first 2x.. i was like like flakes on top.. i had to laugh
