I’ve NEVER given a McDonald’s a 5 star review and likely never will again… the workers here are kind and welcoming! Myself and some companions went for an evening Stroll around 11pm, without a car we were allowed to use the drive through and grab some food and beverages ?

They messed up my order and then when I politely brought it to their attention they were deliberately rude to me, as if they just expected me to take the wrong food! Ridiculous! Lord help you if you can't even manage to work at McDonald's competently. Bunch of freaking bozos working here.Do the drive-thru if you must, but I would never eat inside here as it's always been dirty and gross for as long as I can remember. As in going on 20+ years.This location is a joke, without a doubt the worst McD's on Maui by far (I've been to all of them), I will never return.Side note- six dollars for an Egg McMuffin, are you kidding me? I came to maui 1 weeks ago and I like to get my morning coffee from McDonald’s. I went to the main st location, & I decided to get breakfast also. I went through the drive thru and the menu stated $6.19 for 3 hotcakes and sausage. The cashier informed me that the correct cost is $7.19, they even sent a manager out to verify what i was looking. They refused to honor the price shown and went so far as to change the price as I was sitting in the drive thru.….tacky

Restaurant was not the cleanest, staff was friendly, and the food was as expected from a fast food restaurant. There was a woman who stayed in the bathroom for over 10 minutes, came out with her dress half off, then went to her vehicle that appeared she lived in, where she stayed after we left.
