Its ok as far as mcds goes. I use the app, so Im happy with their service and love trading my app points for free food. Everyone working there is friendly, with acception of a couple orderlys who think they own the place. They arnt a bother unless you ask them to use the restroom, they get a little touchy about that. God forbid u make a mess. I havnt had any bad experience there though, all in alk, its one of the best locations I have frequented.

The worst service experience. The drive Tru lady had an attitude. We just mentioned that we couldn't really hear when we were ordering. The lady gave us an attitude instead of fixing the issue. She said it was not her. We love Kahului Mc Donald drive Tru, they have a great spirit and aloha. We will never ever wanna go back again at Wailuku McDonald's drive Tru. I'm so sorry.

I really like this McDonald's. This location has ample places to recharge you're phone or laptop. I love that there is still a refillable soda fountain. Eventhough the future of McDonald's has changed to a more online experience, the transition seems to be ironing out the kinks.

As like all McDonald's, you know what you are getting. The food is the same at all of them. The service here was just ok. The kids working there need to want to be there. She was a student in high school and was just there. No interest in what she was doing. She was trying to make a cup of coffee but didn't know how many creams to put in it. Her coworker said read the order. Duh. I feel sorry for McD.
