I'm visiting from Canada and a local I met on a trail run recommended I come try this place. Omg their BLT is to DIE FOR..so much so that I was on Maui twice in two weeks and came back to get another BLT (I normally do not double dab on vacation, so I can try new places). The second time I visited I almost didn't make it because they were closing. But they were lovely enough to accomodate one more order! The ingredients were fresh and so delicious. And the focaccia was perfect. I will be dreaming about this sandwich for the rest of my life. If and when I come back to Maui, I will for sure be coming to grab another one.

Very satisfying and delicious focaccia sandwich, all made fresh from scratch. Don’t miss the ulu (breadfruit) fries - soooo good! Recently, we had the pleasure of dining at Niu Life Kitchen in Wailuku, where we indulged in their delectable plant-based fare. Our taste buds were treated to the incredible flavors of their falafel plate, which was a generous portion served on a bed of fresh greens. The homemade bread, generously seasoned with zaatar, was a delightful accompaniment. The falafel itself was bursting with green and fresh ingredients and the plate packed with a variety of plant-based goodies that made each bite a true delight. Chef Shaanan's culinary skills never fail to impress, and his warm hospitality added to the overall wonderful experience. The location does not have a large parking but there is parking off Market street.The food is excellent. The flavors are very pleasant and not something you can make at home. Everyone I have recommended to try is wow'd by the unique yummy flavors. Give this place a try.
