I follow a Maui FB influencer that claimed SixtyTwo MarcKet Restaurant had the BEST Loco Moco in Maui. My husband and I got lost in the jungle, hiking earlier that day, and were several hours late arriving for our lunch reservation. (Open Table) I'm sure we looked like we survived a typhoon... our clothes/hair were drenched by rain, we had leaves and mud splatters on us. 🤣 They graciously set a table for us and my first experience eating the Loco Moco was phenomenal....
Our family of four ate here and the food was delicious 😋 my kids had the bacon burger 🍔 and fries, a Mahi-Mahi plate, Kimchi omelette, and French toast. It was a 30 minute wait but our food took 45 minutes. Our server wasn’t very attentive. I do have to say the food was very tasty and fresh meats.
This is THE place if you’re in Wailuku and want good eats for bfast or lunch. Yvonne was my hostess for a takeout today and she was super attentive, polite, good 😊 vibes and presence about her. SixtyTwo is lucky to have her welcoming guests.
