My husband and I had just finished a fantastic snorkel boat trip with the Calypso crew and were in need of a refreshing hydration treat. We decided to stop by Starbucks and try something new, the Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Cream Chai, and absolutely loved it! The drink was perfectly made and hit the spot after our amazing adventure!
The store itself was very clean and well-organized, which made the experience even better. Our barista, Jarred, was incredibly friendly, and the service was efficient.
I also have to commend the cleanliness of the bathroom facilities, this location stood out compared to many Starbucks I've visited across England, Canada, and across America, where cleanliness and stock levels can be inconsistent.
Overall, it was a wonderful stop.

The hot chocolate was the best I have had in all my visits to any Starbucks, service was slow and my visit was midafternoon on a Sunday.

I really like the overall look and feel of this coffee shop. Very clean and organized...kinda like an Apple Store vibe thing. Service is a little spotty. I had really good service from one worker and then on another day, not so much. But I guess that's true where ever you go. The really only negative is that the drinks take a while to be made. Probably one of the slower Starbuck service compared to others on the island. Maybe that can be attributed to new workers? Nevertheless, it's a really nice place to go to and read a book or take your laptop. Oh, and btw, I noticed that the owner responds to quite a few posts which shows that he's invested in improving his coffee shop. That means that it will only get better.
Parking: nothing to add. However, I think that you should not make leaving a review so complicated, I think you would get more responses.

They gave us tall instead of grande and when we asked for a decaf Frappuccino they just poured decaf hot coffee on top of our drink and it just melted!

I came in on the morning of 4-23-24. Such nice people were working. They made my morning. Nice looking store too.
Ordered twice two separate occasions. Twice got my order wrong. Because I’m on the road I can’t turn around. Hate when my first purchase of the day goes bad.
