Love The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s blended coffee on a hot day. This location was extremely clean and very spacious. This is my go-to coffee spot after a long flight from California. The perfect way to start your vacation.

I went to this drive up window for fresh coffee this morning and after waiting in line for over 30 minutes when I finally got to the window, she said she would not take my order. I was supposed to have left my order at the menu further Back, but there was no sign. This was my first time there she was very angry at me and I asked her very nicely if she could just give me two coffees and finally she did, but she grumbled a lot and said her boss would not let her and she should turn me away. So although I would’ve liked to make a nice breakfast order apparently I was very lucky to get two small coffees from her after over 30 minute wait in line

I really wish they would enable the app to be utilized in Hawaii, not just for use in the Mainland. Fav is their Ling hi mui lemonade!

Didn’t get food, but drinks are great. The lilikoi iced tea is incredible.

Drove here on my birthday for a free drink. Three ladies were standing there doing absolutely nothing and one of them told me that they are not part of United States program and they will not do the birthday drink for me. I drove here just so I could use it, nowhere it said that I can’t. Apparently they are not participating in the US program. Honestly, could’ve just given me the drink three of them were standing there doing absolutely nothing Very bad experience.

Cute, lots of menu items, and places to sit and enjoy the coffee, tea, and pastries! The matcha latte and lilikoi muffin were very good.

Worst experience in customer service ever. Cashier/Barista (in red, Clifton) doing his thing. The manager (in black, didn't get her name, short stocky lady) working the drive thru. Waited very patiently for the barista to finish. Manager done with her line and comes over but instead of asking me for my order, she goes and asks her friend behind me what she wants and gives it to her for free. Meanwhile barista finishes making the drinks for the customer before me and does what he needs to thinking the manager was helping me. Watching the 2 of them for awhile I finally had to ask if anyone was going to take my order.

I’m writing this from Starbuck’s across the street. I was trying to get a bagel and a coffee. Three of yesterday’s bagels were on display, and I didn’t see what I wanted, which was sesame. The manager gave me a weird answer when I asked if they had anymore in back. Then she walked away. A barista came over and I guess I was taking too long to decide if I wanted a different item and she walked away. Feeling like I was annoying them, I decided to used the restroom. It was clean. thank you. When I came out there was another customer and I got behind her. Then another barista came over and told her “I will be right with you,” and turned her back on us and went to break down some boxes. I felt like the customers are annoying, like luggage, and a low priority here, so I went across the street to Starbucks and got my bagel and coffee.

Do NOT go here! Unless you like your coffee overly sweet and half made properly. I am not one to write reviews or complain, ever! I work in the hospitality industry and know first thing about F&B service. But this place is a Disgrace. The baristas don’t know what they’re doing. Everytime I get a coffee here they always mess up my order. Iced instead of hot. Or they put a whole cup full of the powdered flavor they use which makes your coffee way too sweet! This time my husband went to get us coffee and he comes back with a regular latte that’s not even a full cup! Literally poured it to be maybe 1/3 of the way full. You’re better off going to Starbucks across the street.

Tasteless latte. I requested it with an extra shot to be sure I would taste the coffee. Definitely they never did it but charged it.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I’m not sure what I was expecting but as for my first experience to this location. I’d have to say it was like one of those escape rooms. Excited to try something new just lost in the process. Only because I knew where it was supposedly located based off of google maps. If you go like you’re heading to foodland & drive to the front entrance. Take a right, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is at the end. We were about to park in front when I saw they had a drive through. We almost turned left skipping the ordering part & going straight to pickup window. So instead you have to turn right to loop back into the parking lot to order. Plus it seemed like the speaker had a bad connection since it was difficult to order. Asking for a frozen, blended matcha was heard as an iced matcha. Once we confirmed the frozen blended part she asked if I wanted whipped cream. I said yes & that was the end of the order so we pulled up to the window to pay. I was kind of bummed when I saw the drink. It was in a plain cup with no logo or whipped cream. However the drink itself was delicious. To me it kind of tasted more like a blended vanilla ice cream shake with matcha powder mixed in to give it that delicious flavor I love so much.My next visit will be in store so I can check out the atmosphere & see if there’s anything else I want to try. Plus maybe something my guy might want to try too. Since he is not a matcha fan like myself.Until next time.XOXO,ChelsieFletcher
