They deserve zero stars. The big lady is not nice and probably needs Jesus. Go work somewhere else if you not happy ? go eat Tiffany's instead. I promise you tiffanys is way better
Tokyo Lounge in Wailuku is an incredible place to have fun, hang out, or celebrate any occasion. The owners, Sybil and Russell, are absolutely awesome, exceptionally kind, and friendly, as well as the host, Mariel, who was very kind and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is filled with good vibes and feels like a big, diverse family. I felt like I knew everyone, and everyone knew me, making me feel like a part of their family.
We stumbled upon Tokyo Palace by chance while driving around after a show at the MACC, and what a fantastic find it was! They had karaoke that night with three microphones, allowing multiple people to sing at the same time, which added to the fun. I ordered a blended Pina Colada with mango, whipped cream, and a cherry on top – it was delicious!
The atmosphere at Tokyo Palace is friendly and welcoming, and everyone can join in the fun. Whether you're looking for a night out with friends or a place to celebrate a special occasion, Tokyo Lounge is the perfect spot in Wailuku. Highly recommended!

I had never been there before but I will be back. Nice cozy bar returant with a lot of TVs to watch the games and great drink prices. You can tell a local makes the food too because it is soo ono. Service is top of the line. It's just simply awesome. They also have a stage with live music and karaoke. Locally owned so you can feel the Aloha.

The staff here is incredible. My husband and I stopped in to have a cocktail. What a pleasant surprise when the singers who were doing Kareoke could SANNNNNNGGGGGGG! The owner Sybil, the host Shelly amazing. Will definetly come back when in Maui. This is a club, restaurant, local hangout with good food all in one. Stop by you will be glad you did.

As soon as you step in the door you are Ohana. Have a blast and sing in the best environment. Always nights to remember.
