Ube ice cream, so good. Also the Green Tea is the best, It's a small hole in the wall place with great home made style creamy ice cream , I recommend this places for your sweet tooth crave.

Super cool spot, has shaved ice and ice cream which was cool since not everyone wanted shaved ice. The ice cream had a very distinct taste that was different from store bought. Others said the shaved ice was very good as well.

ICE CREAM- BOMB. It is light, flavorful and has a lot of yummy local flavors available. SERVICE-There is a young girl and young guy who have been working there a few times when my husband and I have visited and both are so dull and rude. The girl looks like we bothered her and slams the ice cream doors and provided samples in pure annoyance. AMBIANCE- It is quiet inside. Small seating. I'd consider it mainly a quick stop after the beach. Overall, I recommend the ice cream after a beach day in Waimanalo but don't expect much else.

Love Dave's ice cream! It's a family tradition for our birthdays to have a whole tub for a party! I've been doing this for over 40 years. Yay Dave's ice cream.
We've always loved Dave's icecream, we use to drive out of our way just to grab some. The review is for the lady behind the counter who had incredibly bad customer service. We were the only ones there and as soon as we walked in we got a "What do you want" and that's all she said to us other than the total. If you don't like your job just quit, you don't need to treat people poorly.

Love this place, love the ice cream but please update the listed hours. Stood outside in a line of 15+ with a disappointed kid after soccer around 10:15 waiting for you to open (an employee from another store said you were probably just running late and your listing said "open".) When we called were told in an annoyed voice that you don't open till 11 despite being listed as already open online.

Delicious ice cream. We went after a day of swimming on the East Side. I had the coconut macadamia, hubby had banana fudge and my son had pink cotton candy and cookies and cream. The ice cream was delicious but the service was not. The older lady working there was not friendly and seemed annoyed that I wanted to sample 3 flavors.
