Tasty, fast fresh... few people there, you can park right in front of the store, they have few places to sit, but there is a drivethru, so it's not a problem... the staff is nice, the food was delicious...

Not the best experience. Food tasted like old dirty cooking oil and the bathrooms weren’t working and dining area needed cleaning. It did have a nice view though ??♀️

Went to Jacks for to couple chicken sandwiches and breakfast Jacks and asked for a medium coke since I was told they only have coke and diet coke. Got to the drive tru window and recieved a small coke. Lady at the window said they're using coke cans to fill up a small size cup. Asked her how much is a small drink, she said $3.45! So I literally paid that much for a can of coke! Wtf. Not only that, came home to find out they only gave 1 of each sandwiches that I ordered and to top it off, chicken was burnt and hard and breakfast jack had a weird taste. Worst fn jacks! Rip off jacks. Last time Goin to jacks in waimanalo.
