Food was great but expect a wait - not their fault but it gets crowded. Wait is worth it though!

UPDATE: Still good food but sad they don't have smoked pork anymore 😔

Get the steak & shrimp bowl, which is what they’re known for. Seared ahi bowl was a little plain, except for the wasabi mayo sauce which was amazing.

This place has the best garlic shrimp I've ever eaten. Their fish tacos* and steak are also very good. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a good lunch.

This business offers delicious food at competitive prices. My ahi steak took 20-25 minutes to cook which tells me that they are genuinely preparing and cooking the food. They also have sparkling water as an option in their drink dispenser. I recommend this restaurant!

A fantastic hidden gem with absolutely delicious food! The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the quality is outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great meal.

The food was absolutely amazing!!! The galbi was a bit too salty but the teriyaki chicken was spot one. The fried coconut shrimp was also amazing. The portion was huge.

A small restaurant tucked away but is not one to miss. My favorite things I ordered were the coconut shrimp and coconut shrimp taco. I asked for the sweet chili sauce for the taco and the Hawaiian style sole slaw in the taco really was the perfect touch.

Okay, so the food was absolutely amazing! That’s why I’m giving this place 5 stars. The garlic and coconut shrimp were spectacular! Unfortunately, they had Pepsi soda machines so the drinks were just okay. Anyways, we sat outside, and were a little dissatisfied. (Inside seemed kinda hot). They did put potted plants next to a chain link fence so we weren’t surrounded on all sides with parking lot views. But, there was bird poop on the table from all the birds flying around. The pigeons were definitely over fed because they would walk up an inch away from your foot begging for food. A pigeon bit a woman’s toe thinking it was food at the table next to us. The bathrooms were okay, they’re in a trailer. But what really scared me was when I went to wash my hands in the sink, there was a ginormous live cockroach. I almost screamed.

Vegetarian options: According to their menu, they had one vegan thing.

Went to Ono Steak and Shrimp Shack today for some Kalua pork and garlic shrimp. We’ve been here before and always have the friendliest service. Once again,so friendly. The Kailua pork and shrimp was excellent too. Will be back again this trip to try something different.
