Recommend finding an alternate option and avoid this place. Half cut tomatoes and only 2 pieces on a foot long subway. No water cups, you are forced to buy soda cup for water. Burned Oreo cookie. Cheese quantity is measure as a spoon size. Cashier is not respectful towards customers. Put the wrong toping on my subway but did not honor request of correcting mistake.

Subway Corporate, I need you to contact me regarding an altercation I had at this store today. Ella the employee working today manually cancelled three of my in app purchases today. We drove to the restaurant to see what the error was, and we were confronted with Ella being extremely rude to me and my 10 year old daughter in front of multiple other customers. I have never been so offended, and humiliated in a service establishment as I was today at this Subway. Shame on you Ella, and the way you represented Subway today was abysmal.

From the sound of the other reviews there is a growing trend here with the way Ella is treating customers.

I ordered a Buy one Get one Free Footlong in the APP. Now, from my understanding I am going to say that Subway has this National promo for about a week. I am disappointed because my order was canceled by the Restaurant?.?. I recieved an email from the Restaurant of the order being canceled and when I tried calling the Restaurant to get some type of clarification as to why? Nobody answered the phone? I called two times by the way. Anyways, I decided to drive to the restaurant in person and I got this excuse. Female worker named Ella looked like she was working alone. She just said that they did not honor the promotion/deal. Fine... I get it but, after looking at Recent complaints and complete disregard to good customer
service and not honoring promos that Subway sets up for Franchises to follow
I was a bit upset. I realize Franchise owners have staff issues to worry about food costs labor shortages etc..... but, that is the nature of the business that they choose to undertake and do. I wanted to give them 1 star but, I understand that this is their livelyhood.

Comments seriously. Luckily my canceled order was saved. I ended up ordering from the Subway location on Hamakua in Kailua. I was happy to see that this store honored the promotion and did not cancel my order. The crew at the Kailua store greeted me and had my order ready and on time. Subway Corporate will get either a call an email or both. I choose not to order from this Restaurant in Waimanalo in the future and I hope the staff here in Waimanalo improve for their sake. Honor your customers and treat them well. Good Luck Waimanalo Subway....

We've been to dozens of Subways throughout the U.S. and never encountered one like this one! The sandwich was less than half the normal size... very skimpy on the vegetables. The soup cup was less than 2/3 full. The manager was surly. My husband says, "No stars!" We live nearby but we will never return.

No one came to the counter for a few minutes. Once the employee came out she went and made her self a soda before helping me. She didn’t offer me any seasonings before wrapping up the sandwich. The customer service at this place is terrible. All in all I’d avoid this Subway.

ZERO STARS. OLD UGLY GAL, JIN. DON'T GO HERE!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Deals not honored. BOGO50 is BOGUS, though app lists Waimanalo store as "participating location." Arrived to pay ridiculous additional charge, for the difference in my order. Contacted headquarters, asking to remove store as participant in app. Jin lady expresses her ugly negativity - customers, subway, store location.NOW...SUBWAY WILL LOSE MORE MONIE$ THEN WHAT I PAID FOR.Subway, fix your app...and store peeps, fix your ugly attitude.

Incorrect portioning gave 1/2 the portions of my pastrami wrap. When I asked the lady if that was correct she said two scoop in one single tray was the correct portion in for a footlong. She didn't even give a full tray it was only half the single tray when it should have been two trays. Good on training ? your people to ripping people off while saving cost on your end.

Service is spotty. Online orders are often ignored. I did an order around 11:30am for pickup at 12:30pm. I arrived and they hadn't even started it and complained that they were too busy. It is now 12:54pm and they still don't have my food ready!
