BEST SERVICE WE RECEIVED ON THE ISLAND Came here for our last dinner of the week and we're lucky enough to have Daniel as our server. He was incredibly welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu and cocktail options. Our whole group thought he stood out for his level of service, so wanted to shout him out here. Everyone enjoyed their food and it came out quick.
The ambiance is how I remembered it although the construction zones around the property was a bit distracting but didn't interfere with dinner service. We started off with a mocktail which was refreshing. We proceeded with the ever popular KFC (Korean Fried Cauliflower) which I now understand the rave. Then we proceeded to order our mains. My wife ordered the Butterfish and I ordered the Ribeye. Here's where the problem begins. My wife's Butterfish came out blackened...
Our experience at Copper Bar was okay. Our cocktails/mocktails were not good for a restaurant with ‘bar' in the name. They make the espresso martinis with dark coffee instead of espresso? The food was ok, margherita pizza was the favorite. We loved the music and dancer and would come back for the views.
