This restaurant obviously has it all going for itself with the location, on top of that the food and drinks are incredible but what makes it incredible is the service. Cristalle (sorry if I spelled this wrong) went ABOVE and beyond to make our dining experience incredible. She was so funny and engaging and made every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions for an amazing dining experience. We enjoyed our first dinner in HI here at the Fairmont Orchid. Food was delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. We enjoyed seeing the sunset with our toes in the sand. The fish sandwich was way better than expected. We also enjoyed the colorful rainbow coconut cake.

The staff was kind.
However, the food was disappointing. Fish and chips was oily. Cubano (~ Pork sandwich) was somehow fishy.
Thankfully their chicken wings were okay.
