Stopped at food truck on my way up to the canyon. Great food! I got the Pork Belly came with rice and macaroni salad. Pork belly was perfectly seasoned then cooked on a flat top grill. Great flavors and only 12 bucks! Must try.

Great food! Wow we were impressed. A lot of plate lunch spots can be so repetitive but this one stood out.We got one of everything and didn’t regret it.Got the kalbi ribs , chicken, pork belly(taste like an amazing pork chop) and mahi w/creamy sauce and capers. We asked to get everything a lil more browned and he did and it was so tasty. My family of four(who are picky) loved it…not picky cause they don’t like anything but picky cause we cook so good at home, we’re not easily impressed.Lots of love was put into the food. Marinated , browned, and good portions. The only critique is that the fish could’ve used a dash more of salt but I understand that when it comes to fish you don’t want to over season so u can taste the fish. But it was still cooked really well, fresh and did enjoy it.We also enjoyed the little bit of Kimchi that was added, nice touch. And I think it was grilled? The Mac salad was bomb and so was the saimin was better than the norm. Had a bit of smokiness. We needed up get everything if u go.But There were a couple tables there. This spot didn’t have many reviews so we were hesitant but we’re really glad we went and we hope more people start going and support this food truck. We loved it. We live on Oahu but if we lived on island this would be one of our go to spots. The owner was super nice , friendly and helpful. Thanks chef! ?

We haven’t even finished eating but I had to post now before I forget. This is by far the best meal we’ve eaten on Kauai! We got the Korean chicken, the pork belly and the panko crusted Mahi with lemon caper cream sauce. All were amazing!!! We will be back!

Outstanding food!!! Don’t miss this gem! I’m not a BBQ person (rest of the group was) and i thought it was amazing! Limited menu with 4 options- you can’t go wrong with any of them!

What to eat when you’re covered in red dirt? Porky’s of course! Spicy, sweet, juicy pork on pork and pineapple goodness. Rivals other regional sandwiches (philly cheesesteak, chicago hot dog, etc). Fantastic!

Best grilled pork and cheese sandwich around the number three is always a winner. Make sure to hit this place up every time I come to the island. Happy they have a location in Koloa now.

We were at the Hanapepe art walk and there were a ton of options, but all the locals were going here so I followed. I got the teriyaki salmon and it was $15. First of all, you can't buy a piece of salmon that big in a grocery store in Kauai, let alone have it be cooked for you. It was cooked perfectly, laid over a bed of rice, and had enough sauce for all the rice. It comes with two scoops of rice and Mac salad, enough for two but I was really hungry after a day of chasing our kiddos all over the beach. Would love to try everything else if they were closer, this place is amazing!

Looking for a lunch spot on way to Waimea canyon. Spotted a hole in the wall place called Porkys. Noticed the Trip Advisor logo in the window. Food did not disappoint only too much to finish!

UNREAL FOOD! We hit them on their "soft opening" and couldn't be more happy for their success and future. Only 4 menu items because you don't need more. Any of the 4 items will floor you!!!! As they said, "We paired it down to four cause its just that good!" Great flavor and sauce. I had the number 2 with sweet and spicy sauce. Wife had the #3. Both were the best food we've had here yet! Five Start for sure....

Absolutely the best!! We have it on our must visit list every year when we visit Kauai. The barbecue is exceptional with great service. Highly recommend!!!
