My husband had the most spectacular Wagyu filet. Cooked and accompanied to perfection, and worth the top dollar we paid! My Kompachi was also very good, albeit not on the same level as his steak. On the down side, prices at the bar seemed excessive ($55 tab for two non-specialty cocktails). And although island-style is expected, allowing for that the service was not as attentive as it could be.
We started the evening at the lovely reception the hotel mgmt provided at Manta and then we had dinner at Manta celebrating our daughter's 36th birthday. Dinner was exceptional as always and Sylvia made our experience absolutely wonderful!! 30+ years vacationing at Mauna Kea and still going strong 🧡
We had an amazing experience celebrating my girlfriend's 21st birthday. A big thank you to Kaiya, our server, and Angel the bartender for going above and beyond. From the handcrafted drinks to the birthday desserts and surprise serenade, you all made the night truly memorable. We really appreciate the outstanding service and thoughtful touches.
