I like that Pau Pizza serves pizza by the slice. I tried the vegetarian pizza with pesto and my husband had a slice of pepperoni and a slice of cheese. I also had the small salad with quinoa and feta. All three were fresh and flavoursome. The pizza we both agreed was some of the best we have tried anywhere. I highly recommend Pau Pizza for the food.

You can grab a slice or go all-in with an 18" pie, all made with hand-tossed sourdough that’s flavorful and perfectly crisp. We ordered the Hamakua and swapped the bacon for pepperoni—what a combo! Every bite was incredible. You can also build your own, which is a great option for picky eaters or creative types. Whether you dine in or take it to go, don’t miss this place!
