Passing through Waimea and utterly glad we popped in to grab a ‘Whole Hog’ and WOW is it delicious! The crust was thin and perfecto; a little crispy on the outside and just the right amount of soft. Also fresh crispy salads, we will totally be back!

Wow, this place was awesome! I wish I had taken photos, but we were so hungry from a long day, we gobbled up our food before I could even think to take pics. My husband and I shared a superfood salad, slice of cheese pizza, and an Italian sandwich. The salad was FULL of good stuff, and the dressing was very flavorful. I would suggest requesting an extra dressing if you are getting a large salad - it really needs two. The pizza crust was light and airy, with the perfect crunch. Really good pizza sauce, and just the right ratio of crust, sauce, and cheese. The Italian sandwich was our favorite. Flavorful meat and spread, but the ultimate winner is the bread. Tastes like it came right out of the oven! Crunchy but soft, and a nice crispy cheese topping. We will definitely be coming back!

Gosh, their veggie pesto sourdough pizza is hand down one of the tastiest slices I have eaten. They bring out new ones and they get sold out in less than 10 mins. The man at the counter was super helpful. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Loved this place!!

We tried the veggie pizza slices and the veggie breakfast burrito—both were awesome. The ulu (local breadfruit) burrito was surprisingly amazing. I’ve never had anything like it, but I couldn’t stop eating it. Definitely recommend!

I like that Pau Pizza serves pizza by the slice. I tried the vegetarian pizza with pesto and my husband had a slice of pepperoni and a slice of cheese. I also had the small salad with quinoa and feta. All three were fresh and flavoursome. The pizza we both agreed was some of the best we have tried anywhere. I highly recommend Pau Pizza for the food.
