This place has the best pizza in town. Sandwich 🥪 and salads also. Don't miss this stop for lunch or dinner. I had the Italian grilled sandwich loved it. Might have been a special not sure. The breakfast burrito and the pizza are top notch.

Delicious pizza, amazing service! We stopped in 30 minutes before close and they were so kind and friendly - they encompassed the true spirit of aloha! Local places like this are what make Hawaii the best place in the world to live. I'm so glad we found this spot. I'm not even a huge pizza fan, but Pau's was top notch. We will definitely be back again and again whenever we are in Waimea. Mahalo!

The best pizza on island… the sourdough pizza can’t be beat, I love the environment and atmosphere- there’s a love for music and you can tell by the decor inside the restaurant! It’s super laid back and casual, and if you’re around Wednesday-Saturday night you can hop over to the record shop next door for some music and cocktails!
