I like that Pau Pizza serves pizza by the slice. I tried the vegetarian pizza with pesto and my husband had a slice of pepperoni and a slice of cheese. I also had the small salad with quinoa and feta. All three were fresh and flavoursome. \nThe pizza we both agreed was some of the best we have tried anywhere. \nI highly recommend Pau Pizza for the food.

Pāu Pizza in Kamuela is absolutely insane—in the best way! This local gem completely blew us away. We came in for pizza and were not disappointed. You can grab a slice or go all-in with an 18" pie, all made with hand-tossed sourdough that’s flavorful and perfectly crisp.\n\nWe ordered the Hamakua and swapped the bacon for pepperoni—what a combo! This place has the best pizza in town. Sandwich 🥪 and salads also. Don't miss this stop for lunch or dinner. I had the Italian grilled sandwich loved it. Might have been a special not sure. The breakfast burrito and the pizza are top notch.
