Thank you for the info on how to contact you, but it looks like no one even reads this. All the links you have are dead ends. This is why you are losing business. Writing things on cups with markers are nice little touches, but you need to get back to the basics of good customer service. Unfortunately I have decided to stop ordering because I have walked away too many times with no coffee. I hope you are able to make this store what it use to be. My wife will miss her morning coffee. On the brite side I now have saved $2000 per year! Probably wasn't money that was well spent, but it sure made her happy every morning. Service is aweful. Early in the norning the app is off. So you can't order ahead. Even today closed at 2 in the afternoon. You just never can rely on getting your beverage.

If you are a Starbucks customer, this is a good version of their typical experience. Very busy on a Sunday morning, with a crowd of people waiting for their orders. The barista works super hard and the staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. No door code needed for the bathroom, which was a nice deviation from the norm for the Big Island.

This is my home in Waimea. The staff here are amazing and they just keep going no matter how busy it gets. And they have ceramic mugs!

Long wait times, drink is mostly ice, ordered extra lemonade, and idk if it's the ice filled to the top, but it seems like there might actually be less lemonade than normal.
Location is nice though and the only starbucks around the immediate area.

Came on 6/20 and deeply regretted not waiting for the drive back to Kona to my usual Starbucks. Avoid this location if you can bc the staff is very rude, actively avoids helping customers, and just not great lol…2nd time my drink was missing espresso shots …thanks for the large ice and milk!
Today at the Waimea Starbucks, there was an incredibly rude customer. She grabbed the wrong drinks, then came back in to berate the baristas, continuing to do so even after the issue (her own mistake) was sorted out. As they made her drinks for her, she kept angrily insisting they were incorrect (apparently the chai latte did not LOOK like a chai latte, and no amount of confirmation could convince her otherwise). I just wanted to leave this review to comment on how well the baristas on staff today responded. People like that can be hard to respond to in a calm and polite manner, but that's exactly what they did as they remade the drinks a few times. They didn't engage her ire, rather calmly apologizing when reason didn't work, and continued to help other customers. I know y'all have been short staffed lately and having issues, but you're doing fantastic. Keep up the good work! :)

I waited almost 15 mins for my drink and it's apparent that a quarter of it is missing. I watched the barista make it in front of me and this is the first time I ever experienced this. I ordered a venti shaken espresso and I was missing a quarter of my drink. This is unacceptable and so disappointing. I was running late and needed to go, so I didn't have time to ask for a solution. I usually enjoy my drinks from here and have never been so dissatisfied. I don't know what happened!

Typical Starbucks and all that comes with that fact. Staff was friendly as to be expected with the constant line of customers at this location. However, the drink took longer than I would have expected and was honestly the worst Carmel macchiato I have ever had from Starbucks, and I've had plenty. I usually stop at this location at least once every trip to the island, but not sure that I will after this experience. Hoping it was just a one off miss-made drink. I was already in the car and down the road before I realized the drink wasn't tasting right, and not just needing to be mixed up.
