Aloha,I normally come to this edible then the others because of the customer service. Yes, a little out of my way. I could go to kaneohe or town do to always working in town, however Ana always provides great customer service and makes it happen on a last min call or just the call.The fruits just seem so much yummier when it's made by the love from this store.Mahalo Ana & crew more making it happen.

Edible Arrangements has always been my one stop shop for special occasions. This location is wonderful because it’s close to home. Ana was very hospitable, able to accommodate my birthday gift same-day with no issues in a reasonable amount of time. Claire was super easygoing & informative regarding any questions I had in-store about the products. While waiting, the other staff members often checked if I had been helped. Most def will return!

Ordered a fruit bouquet for my daughter's 18th birthday. Ana and Darnell were fantastic! Excellent customer service and very helpful. Ana did a beautiful job putting together the arrangement. It turned out perfect and my daughter was very happy.

Wow , I came here for Mother's day last year and they were so helpful in my mainland order for my mom. Now whoever helpful today in store was not. Sad how customer service has gone down major. Really sad. I get birthday delivered all the time for friends amd family. This was really disappointing.

Went in to get my bday freebie and was treated like I was stealing money from the store. Horrible customer service from a heavy set woman with glasses that told me to call corporate if I wanted my freebie (which I was sent an email with a code, that I had with me I guess that wasn't good enough). She wouldn't even tell me her name, just rude to me. I called corporate and the store manager/owner Anna helped the following day. Super friendly and apologetic but to be treated the way I was on my birthday is unacceptable. I won't be back, but hopefully this review gets that employee some training in customer service

"Making Miracles Happen"Hands Down Claire Delivered on point with every ounce of her love with this special delivery for me! I couldn't have asked for a better way. The gifts were so awesome, fresh and tasty it put a smile on my whole families faces!Little backstory- I haven't seen my daughter in Months or heard her voice due to bad co-parenting but some how Claire made this order happen when i lost hope. Her birthday is tomorrow the 22nd and she turns 2 years old. I prayed for me to see & Hear her voice again but because Claire was so awesome, the gifts never got rejected by the mother which i thought it would but got to the right person for her to enjoy. Better yet, I even got a phone video call from my daughter! Seriously, what company can say they made that happen? I know 1, called Edible Arrangements but to even be more specific, Waipahu Location specific to the woman at the front desk for making it happen and going beyond the normal delivery and For Sister Claire for making the delivery not just a drop & go but one my daughter will remember forever! Thank you so Much Claire and the crew of Edible Arrangements of Waipahu! you guys deserve 10 star ratings Hands down!

Sometimes, the universe sends you unexpected blessings at just the right moment. Today, that blessing was named Clair. I had mistakenly placed an order from the mainland, not considering the added hassle it would bring to my family. In our conversation over the phone, without diving into the specifics of my situation, Clair instantly stepped up to help.With a heart full of genuine care, she mentioned that they had two drivers heading our way and could possibly bring our order closer. Little did she know, this small act of kindness provided immense relief at a time when my family needed it most.Clair, you might not be fully aware of the impact you had today, but through this review, I hope you get a glimpse of our gratitude. Have always been happy with their fruit arrangements but these flowers should not have been sold. Every other florist I've bought from would throw these away.

I like the location, customer service, and of course the items! I’ve been here twice and was served by two different ladies that were very sweet and helpful, I wish I got their names. The second time I went there, I called in the morning and had asked if I could place an order and pick it up before they were closing for the day. But because of traffic, I made it 5-10 minutes after closing, and I rushed in to finally pick up my dipped fruits. I appreciate that they waited for me. I’ve only bought their fruit items, so I’ll definitely be going back to get the baked goods for future birthday gifts.
