I went to this Jack in the Box yesterday, November 7, sometime about 1:00 pm. This is the WORST experience I ever had in any fast food restaurant. The staff were irrelevantly loud, talking about matters not related to food service at all. I happen to speak Ilocan so I understood the loud conversations -- some even talking about "takki" (feces or human waste)!!! It was so DISGUSTING! I cannot believe this to be happening in an eating place like this. The staff were loudly gossiping about other people's lives, or just matters that had nothing to do with serving food. There is an acute need for staff training. I would NEVER go back to this place again. If I could rate it a zero (0) star for this experience, I would.

I just arrived at the drive-thru to order an ultimate burger meal with curly fries and a drink. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the curly fries are often served lukewarm and appear overcooked. I always get the fries like that all the time ?
This slow business in the Waipahu location in the Kunia shopping center.They are slow all the time in the drive thru and inside. some people today. Has been Whitford there food inside for over 25 to 30 min.one guy that got his food had to bring it back. Because wrong order Unsatisfactory.. Also no one was manning the front counter. All they was making sure the drive-thru was taking care of. When I left there was 8 people waiting to get there order taken. One lady was in line before me still was waiting. Unsatisfactory restaurant and Management.
