Idk why the 3 Jamba Juice locations have phone problems. Ewa rings and rings, & Kunia and Waikele rings once and is silent. I'm trying to see if they have gift cards to purchase for presents and don't want to drive there to find out (because Ewa is out of physical cards). I think customer service and info is priority. I'm trying to get in touch with you because I want to support your business. Of course if I can't get info, I will look elsewhere where.This was a 1 star review, and I stand by my review because of the lack of communication (being unreachable by phone). BUTChanged to 4 stars! (This would have been 5 if I didn't have to go to closed locations and got answers over the phone without physically checking). I was in the area and visited the store night of Christmas Eve right before they closed and young male associate, sorry, I didn't remember his name, knowledgeably answered my questions, was really helpful and accommodated my request in regards to gift cards. Thank you!

I walked in close to closing, and was greeted by the worker with the hat and glasses, as in my pictures and review. I was helped immediately and not rushed at all even though it was almost time to close most people went to go home. These people were hard workers as you can tell. They were working hard to complete my order so I can be on my way. I really appreciated that and they did not rush me at all even though I did not really know what I wanted they took my order and made it quickly and accurately. I had a recommend this place. I recommend this location for Jamba Juice for its excellent customer service things to this great team working tonight! I definitely will be back. God bless and take care 100 stars well earned.! I would just like to say that I went into the store thinking I was gonna buy and enjoy a large orange dream, but as I walked in, as soon as I opened the door I immediately turned around. The place smelt as if something is rotting and/or not being cleaned up like supposed to. I don't think any customers would wanna smell rotten food once they enter the store. Honestly don't know how those workers could stand even working in that kind of environment.

I visited this location on 8 September at 4:10PM, and the floor and seating area was absolutely filthy, and the store smelled terrible. Based on the smell and cleanliness of the shop, I didn't feel comfortable ordering food here, so I left.

Workers don't smile or greet. I ordered a chunky strawberry bowl and I noticed they used a black banana and only put 1 strawberry cut into 4 pcs. The banana they used on my bowl was so MUSHY, tell me how can I even eat that? So I threw it away and not even bother to ever go to this location again. I used to work at that location too but I never made bowls like that, I always thought about how I'd want to eat a bowl and I would never eat a mushy banana.

Worst service and açai bowls. Couldn’t finish what we bought, fruit was covered with sugars and açai was terrible. The two males working were rude too

Went to pay with gift cards today and was told there was no money on either gift cards. After speaking multiple times with the cashier that they were new gift cards and they had not been used at all and there should be $ 50 in credit, I was asked if there was another form of payment. My daughter got these gift cards from family members who knew she loved Jamba Juice. After waiting 20 minutes for multiple people to figure out how to use these gift cards, they were finally able to figure it out. Needless to say, won’t be going to this Jamba Juice store anytime soon. Customer service is lacking and the fact that we were told there was no money on either gift cards was disappointing. Best part is we did not get either gift card back and I know there was money still left on the gift card. It just wasn’t worth the effort. Sad to say this company has taken a turn for the worse.

I've gotten smoothies from this location a few times. Not much to say, and no uniquely good or bad experiences to share. On the positive, there is ample and convenient parking in the large mall lot; especially since K-Mart shut down years back.

Did an online order... estimate pick up time 11:54... arrived a little early so I sat and waited. This location is very busy with long line and lots of people waiting for their order and 4 employees working. Few minutes passed and an employee asked if I placed an order so I gave him my name and he informed me that they were waiting for one bowl ( which was being tossed and twirled in the air while he was walking to the counter) ALL bowls were customized but I'm guessing they don't really read their paper good because ALL bowls were WRONG. It wasn't till we got to our destination to enjoy it we saw that the 3 bowls we received was not what we had ordered.

Seems like this location would be so busy but never is when I've been by. Ordered on app, received confirmation but drove out to learn they cancelled the whole order. Not even a call or text for me to not drive out. Didn't even say it was an accident, please reorder, etc. just deleting orders out hea.
