Idk why the 3 Jamba Juice locations have phone problems. Ewa rings and rings, & Kunia and Waikele rings once and is silent. I'm trying to see if they have gift cards to purchase for presents and don't want to drive there to find out (because Ewa is out of physical cards). I think customer service and info is priority. I walked in close to closing, and was greeted by the worker with the hat and glasses, as in my pictures and review. I was helped immediately and not rushed at all even though it was almost time to close most people went to go home. These people were hard workers as you can tell. They were working hard to complete my order so I can be on my way. I've gotten smoothies from this location a few times. Not much to say, and no uniquely good or bad experiences to share. On the positive, there is ample and convenient parking in the large mall lot; especially since K-Mart shut down years back.
