If you want a local "homestyle" breakfast, you can count on Lee's Breakfast Wagon. I work in Waipio and it is parked right outside of Costco on Ka Uka Blvd on most mornings. I call their number (808) 800-1630 before I leave my house and it's ready by the time I get there (about 15 minutes). I keep coming back because no matter how busy they are, they always answer the phone. Nice local guys working this wagon. Old school charm where they recognize you after little while haha. Hard to find places like that nowadays. FYI, they only accept cash so go prepared! Might be a deal breaker for some but nothing major to me. Cash is king. They provide condiments at the wagon (ketchup, sriracha , Tabasco, shoyu, pepper etc.) so you can put whatever you want on your plate. Ditch your local deluxe platter, spend a little bit more and get a loaded breakfast plate from Lee's!

Food truck parked along the Wapio Costco parking lot across Tony Honda. This place serves breakfast food and is quite busy. I heard that the corned beef hash is popular and goes out fast. So rather go earlier or call your order in. We got there about 8:30am and I ordered the corned beef hash and crispy bacon. My husband also ordered the corned beef hash and was told that all sold out so he got crispy bacon and polish sausage... I got the last one. Corned hash beef was crispy on the outside and it ono...my husband liked it too..I shared it so he can taste it. The bacon was crispy has ordered and the slice thick but not too thick. My husband said the polish sausage was okay. The prices are cheaper than some places and the amount of food was good. Overall satisfied with everything. Except next time it'll be double corned beef hash
Always call and pick up same quality and service every time. Decent breakfast but the consistency when I'm in a rush is most important. Most fast food chains hit and miss and irritating this one a go to when need a solid for sure meal.

Wow...... This is the spot for breakfast takeout while you wait for Costco to open at 10:00. It was my first time having breakfast here at Lee's Breakfast Wagon. I now understand why they are busy and have been for some years. Their food taste great and you get lots for it. Their prices are good too. I will be visiting them again and trying other selections.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. Not sure when they were a lunch wagon but it is a breakfast spot. Lots of food for the price. CASH only business. Right outside the Costco parking lot off a busy street. Condiment bottles could use some cleaning. They were gross and sticky.Parking: Lots of parking depending on what time you go. Costco parking lot can be very busy so best to go in the early morning before they open.
